The Patient presented with a number of dental issues, as you can see from the images. After not seeing a dentist for “a few decades” the teeth were broken down to the point of having to be removed in many cases. We were fortunate enough to be able to retain the upper centrals and laterals and seven of the lower anteriors. All posteriors were removed and replaced with Astra Tech implants. From there it was the slow process of replacing the upper anteriors with Lava Zirconia crowns and the lower anteriors with bonded e.max crowns, then both the upper and lower posteriors were replaced with implant supported crowns.
